Work inspections for SafePass to begin December 29 in Cyprus

Cyprus health ministry announced on Monday that inspections at workplaces would begin on December 29 to ensure employees have their Covid papers.

All employees who have had two jabs are required to submit a negative test once a week, said the ministry.

People who have had three shots are exempt from testing.

Vaccine-free employees must produce either a 72-hour PCR test or a 48-hour rapid test using the QR code or CovScan.
