Qatar turning Afghanistan to the Syrian version of war on terrorism

Qatar’s is famous for its support for the Islamist Muslim Brotherhood, its close relationship with groups such as the Taliban and certain al-Qaeda affiliates. Since 9/11, the United States-led global effort to disrupt terrorist financing has been relentless. Qatar, on pretense, is acting as negotiator for peace between Taliban and United Stand and that of Kabul government and Taliban.

Unsurprisingly, Qatar has been transferring ISIS elements from Syria to Afghanistan and awakened Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan after its elements had been hiding in hibernation for more than a decade.
